We welcome guests to walk in and pre-reserve tables for a later time. However, this service we provide is always on a best endeavours basis and we can never guarantee that this table will still be available.
These deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations, including the number of your party dropping. Please note that if you book through open table you have 5 days before the date of your booking to pay your deposit or your booking will be cancelled. Please note that a service charge is added for tables of 5 or more.
We require a deposit of £10 per person for tables of 4 or more on Friday and Saturday nights.
A £10 deposit is required per person for tables of 8 or more on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights.
A £10 deposit is required for tables of 10 or more on Tuesday-Sunday lunch times.
At the Party brunch a £10 deposit is required for EVERYONE.
On Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day a £10 deposit is required for EVERYONE.
£10 deposit per person required for tables of 2 or more during the evening.
ALL deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within seven days you will be given the opportunity to change the date of your booking.
Birthdays and Celebrations:
Due to allergy reasons we have a strict no outside birthday cakes policy. If you are celebrating a birthday please make a member of staff aware and we will provide you with a special birthday plate with candles. Please also note that we do not allow the use of confetti – balloons and banners are allowed.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person who in their opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other diners. No refund will be offered to customers who are refused entry or rejected in such circumstances. We have the right to refuse to serve you alcohol if we believe you to be drunk and disorderly. Pasha operates a strict no drugs policy. When leaving the premises, please keep the noise to a minimum out of respect for our residential neighbours.
Personal belongings & lost property:
Pasha accepts no responsibility for any property left on the premises. Personal belongings are left in the cloakroom at the owner’s risk and Pasha does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to such items. Customers are advised to keep vulnerable items with them always. Lost property will be kept for one month after which time it will be disposed of.
Please arrive early for your reservation, any late arrivals will risk your booking being put back at a later time or we reserve the right to cancel your booking altogether without a refund of any deposit which had been taken in advance.
Vouchers can only be used for full payment, no change will be issued for any unused amount. No cash alternative is available. We regret that we cannot re-issue or refund lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. To deface a voucher will render it invalid. Please note that our gift vouchers cannot be used alongside any other offers and is only able to be used on our A La Carte menu.
The Restaurant and our Cocktail Lounge operates a strict over 21s policy on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm until close. Please note that large table reservations will need to be booked direct via email or by phone. Please be aware that if you are making a large or late booking for a Friday or Saturday or if you book online you may be seated in our marquee area if the restaurant is full. Each table has a 2 hour sitting. On Friday’s and Saturday’s a main course must be ordered for each person.
There is a smart dress code at Pasha at all times. No sportswear, trainers, hats or caps of any type are allowed in the building. Smart shorts are allowed in the evening.
